Jeannie Mascolino

Jeannie Mascolino is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the blood collection industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at New York Blood Center since July 2022, Jeannie defines and implements operational strategies aligned with the organization's mission and values while fostering a culture of exceptional care through collaborative team-building. Prior to this role, Jeannie held various positions at New York Blood Center from June 1984 to July 2021, including Executive Director of Collections, where responsibilities involved overseeing donor services, developing benchmarks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Jeannie also held multiple operational roles in Hospital Services, Transportation, and Logistics, as well as serving as the Director of Operations for the Hudson Valley region.
