Sabina Richards

Sabina Richards, MS, currently serves as the Executive Director at New York Blood Center, having previously held the position of Director of Human Resources, Administration & Compliance at the same organization. With extensive experience in human resources, Sabina has developed and implemented effective HR strategies across various institutions, including Baruch College, where responsibilities included managing Talent Acquisition and ensuring compliance with regulations. Earlier roles include Human Resources Generalist at Maimonides Medical Center and Human Resources Liaison at Compassionate Care Hospice.
