Candace Gonzalez has been applying her business acumen to New York Center for Interpersonal Development’s operations since 1996. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for leading a team of professionals providing strong leadership in critical phases of organizational development, implementing budget modifications and negotiations, and applying effective management solutions and strategic planning indicators. With a strong background in finance, Candace has been responsible for multi-fund budgets for the organization. Candace began her career at NYCID as a volunteer mediator until joining the staff. She is a trained mediator in different areas of conflict resolution and negotiation.
Candace holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Studies.
