Nancy has been teaching the Parent ACT class (Parents Assisting Children through Transition) at the New York Center for Interpersonal Development since 2007 and in 2010 began coordinating the program. She first began her affiliation with NYCID in 2001 when she participated in NYCID’s Basic Mediation program. She has since taken a number of the trainings NYCID offers including Divorce Mediation, Family Mediation and the Advance Practicum. In addition to coordination of the Parent ACT program, she was the Counseling Supervisor at Olympus Academy. Nancy received her Masters of Arts in Organizational Psychology from New York University and completed a 4-year Post Graduate program in Psychotherapy. She is a Licensed Psychoanalyst and certified Gestalt Psychotherapist with a keen interest in communications and relationships.
