Amy Pondolfino

Programmer/analyst at New York Central Mutual

Amy Pondolfino has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Amy started their career in 1995 with the US Navy, where they served as FC1(SW) for six years. Amy then joined Technology Services Corporation in 2001 as a Radar Analyst. After leaving TSC in 2006, Amy worked as a Programmer/Analyst at SUNY Oneonta from 2009 to 2015. During this time, they also co-founded and served as an executive board member of Oneonta World of Learning (OWL) starting in 2008. Amy later joined NY Central Mutual Insurance in 2009 as a Programmer/Analyst before returning to SUNY Oneonta, where they currently hold the position of Senior Programmer/Analyst since 2015.

Amy Pondolfino obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Design and Technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Amy completed this degree in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in math from SUNY Oneonta in 2009. During their time at SUNY Oneonta, they also took electives in computer science. In addition to their academic qualifications, Amy Pondolfino holds the certification of Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in June 2016.
