Ivan Caetano

Ivan Caetano is a seasoned lawyer currently practicing at the Mozambique Bar Association since April 2014, specializing in Banking Law, Criminal Law, Investment Law, Labour Law, Migration, Intellectual Property, and Commercial Law, while also offering pro bono services to disadvantaged clients. As an Affiliate Member of the International Criminal Court Bar Association since February 2018 and a lecturer at Eduardo Mondlane University since June 2012, Ivan teaches Public International Law and contributes to curriculum development across various legal disciplines. Ivan served as a Legal Adviser at the Constitutional Court of Mozambique from March 2014 to June 2016. Ivan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from Eduardo Mondlane University, a Master's degree in International Law from the University of Macau, and multiple certificates in Public International Law, International Trial Advocacy, and International Criminal Law from prestigious institutions.
