Lauren R.

Lauren R. currently serves as the Senior Candidate Services Liaison at the New York City Campaign Finance Board, a position held since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Coordinator at the Global Resilience Institute, where Lauren authored blogs on community resilience and utilized GIS software for mapping, and as Organizing Lead for The Every Voice Coalition, focusing on advocacy for sexual assault legislation. Lauren has also contributed as Communications Director for IGNITE at Northeastern and as a Campaign Fellow for the Committee to Elect Jesse Mermell. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and ongoing Master’s studies in Urban Planning at Hunter College.
