In addition to consulting, Erica serves as the Editorial Operations and Communications Manager for Theoretical Criminology, overseeing operations for an international academic journal. As an Arts Educator and Curriculum Developer at New York City Center, Erica designs innovative arts education programs for diverse groups. With a background as a multidisciplinary professional performing artist, Erica has developed robust skills in stakeholder management and program development through various teaching and community engagement roles. Erica holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami.
