Pedro Garcia

Pedro Garcia serves as the Director of Human Resources at New York City Center since August 2025, where efforts focus on fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture for over 460 staff members. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at the Museum of Jewish Heritage and Director of Human Resources at the same institution, emphasizing alignment of HR strategies with organizational goals, talent management, and DE&I initiatives. Previously, Pedro worked as Training Manager at City Parks Foundation and held various positions at Tenement Museum, including Senior People Manager and Manager for Staff Development, where workforce training and employee engagement were prioritized. Education includes a Master's degree in TESOL and another in Human Resources Management from Mercy University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Iona University.
