Frank B. is a seasoned professional in peer services and criminal justice reform with extensive experience in managing and implementing support programs. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Peer Services at the New York City Criminal Justice Agency since December 2019, Frank B. has developed and executed peer support service protocols for the Queens Supervised Release Program. Previous roles include leadership positions within the NYC Justice Peer Initiative, NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and NYC Department of Education, where Frank B. applied person-centered and trauma-informed practices to engage and support diverse populations, including young adults experiencing mental health challenges.
