Misha Nonen

Misha Nonen is a seasoned leader in program development and management within the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Chief Program Officer at the New York City Criminal Justice Agency since October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Chief Program Officer at Community Mediation Services - NYC, overseeing programs for families and youth across various domains with a $6M budget and a team of 80 professionals. Misha Nonen also held the position of Vice President of Health and Wellness at Covenant House New York, where leadership was demonstrated in managing sustainable health programs and a $6M budget, alongside a history of improving accountability through strategic initiatives while serving in roles such as Senior Director of Programs and Program Director of Health Services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology and a Postgraduate Degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of British Columbia, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UMass Boston.
