Rondell Johnson

Rondell Johnson, LCSW, SIFI, serves as the Clinical Consulting Supervisor at the New York City Criminal Justice Agency since April 2022, and has been the Behavioral Health Program Manager for the Collaborative Care Program at Community Healthcare Network since September 2013. In this role, Rondell provides clinical and programmatic supervision to Collaborative Care Clinicians, ensuring adherence to the IMPACT model and the application of evidence-based treatment modalities for patients with Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD. Previous positions include Behavioral Health Therapist, Training and Quality Coordinator, Care Manager, and Patient Navigator II, where Rondell gained comprehensive experience in direct patient care, crisis intervention, care coordination, and staff training. Rondell holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Hunter College and two Bachelor's degrees in Social Work from York College and Marywood University.
