Wayne McKenzie

Wayne McKenzie Esq., is the general counsel and primary advisor to the Probation Commissioner on all legal, legislative and compliance matters. In this position he ensures that the Department of Probation is operating within the law at all times, and oversees the agency’s legal staff, Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs, Office of the Advocate and the Intel Unit. As part of the Commissioner’s Cabinet, he is also actively involved in key reform efforts and special projects in DOP’s Adult and Juvenile Operations.
