Karthik Balas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution architecture, data integration, and master data management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Solution Architecture at Nycers since October 2022, Karthik has held notable positions including Senior Manager for Data Lake and Business Intelligence at Deloitte, Head of MDM and Data Enrichment at Investors Bank, and Technical Director at Flagstar Bank, among others. Karthik has a strong background in data architecture, ETL development, and cloud migration, with core competencies in developing and managing end-to-end architecture solutions and processes across various industries. Karthik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras, which was completed in 1994.
