Bobby Toth

Bobby Toth currently serves as the Director of Budget & Financial Planning at the New York City Housing Development Corporation since February 2024. Previously, Toth held multiple roles at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development from June 2015 to February 2024, including Assistant Commissioner of Budget, Chief of Staff for Finance & Administration, Policy Analyst, and Capital Budget Analyst. Toth also gained experience as a Summer Analyst in Defense Capabilities & Management at the US Government Accountability Office in 2014. Earlier in the career, Toth worked as a College Advisor and AmeriCorps Volunteer at I Know I Can from September 2011 to August 2013. Toth earned a Master of Public Administration in Economic and Financial Policy from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Kenyon College.
