Eric Enderlin

Eric Enderlin currently serves as the President of the New York City Housing Development Corporation, a position held since October 2016. Additionally, Eric Enderlin has been an Adjunct Faculty member at The New School since January 2015, teaching courses in Real Estate Finance and Development, and previously held similar roles at New York University from September 2015 to May 2019. Notably, Eric Enderlin served as interim Commissioner at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development in early 2019, and held various roles within the agency from Assistant Commissioner to Deputy Commissioner between 2010 and 2016. Eric Enderlin holds degrees from Macalester College and Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
