Zi Lin Liang

Zi Lin Liang is a Senior Project Manager in Development at the New York City Housing Development Corporation as of June 2023. Previously, Zi Lin Liang served as a Bloomberg Policy Fellow/Wagner Fellow at the NYU Furman Center from June 2021 to May 2023, and held a Credit Analyst Intern position in the Office of Policy and Strategy at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, conducting program evaluations focused on affordable housing. In addition, Zi Lin Liang was a John D. Solomon Fellow with the New York City Emergency Management Department. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Accounts at Sellics, where responsibilities involved managing high-revenue clients, and Global eCommerce Manager for Outdoor & Recreation at Newell Brands. Earlier experience at Unilever spanned various positions, including Associate Brand Manager and Customer Development Intern. Education includes a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy Analysis from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management & Public Relations from Syracuse University.
