Logan Clark serves as the Chief Financial Officer and former Assistant Director of Budget Review at the New York City Independent Budget Office since September 2022. Previously, Logan held various roles at the New York City Mayor's Office of Management and Budget, including Unit Head for the Administrative Agencies Task Force. Logan participated in the 2023-2024 Coro Leadership New York program, which focuses on leadership development for mid-career professionals. Additional experience includes roles at URBAN Magazine, Columbia University, and the New York City Council, along with early career positions at the Human Rights Campaign and Robinson & Cole LLP. Logan holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from Columbia University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from McGill University.
