Sarita Subramanian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, evaluation, and data analysis related to education, human, and community services. Since June 2009, Sarita has served as Senior Research and Strategy Officer at the New York City Independent Budget Office, shaping the organization’s research agenda and fostering stakeholder relations. Previously, Sarita held multiple roles within the organization, including Senior Education Budget and Policy Analyst and Assistant Director of the Education Team, focusing on policy and budget issues pertaining to the Department of Education.
