Janique Cambridge M.ed.

Janique Cambridge, M.Ed., is an experienced educational leader currently serving as an Instructional and Leadership Coach at NYC Outward Bound Schools since July 2023, while also being the Founder of J CODE Collective, LLC since December 2017, where individualized coaching and strategic planning for school leaders and small businesses are primary focuses. Previously, Janique held the role of Director of Charter School Support at New Visions for Public Schools, where coordination of adult development programs for charter high schools and improvement of instructional systems were key responsibilities. Notable past positions also include Principal at NVCHS Humanities III, Assistant Principal at New Visions Charter High School for Advanced Math & Science III, and various educational roles at Brooklyn High School of the Arts and the NYC Department of Education. Janique holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and possesses extensive skills in instructional coaching, strategic planning, data-driven instruction, and professional development aimed at enhancing student achievement.
