Chris Barran

Christopher Barran is an Associate Architect at the NYC School Construction Authority since October 2022 and has previously served as an Architectural Intern in the A&E In-house Design Studio. Simultaneously, Christopher is a licensed real estate agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., starting in June 2023, and previously worked with Polumbo Realty Group. As a former SCA SIP College Supervisor, Christopher led a team responsible for overseeing high school internships in various industries. Additional experience includes roles at the NYC Department of Buildings and as a co-treasurer for Future Architects of the Middle East. Christopher's educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from the City College of New York and an Associate Degree in Applied Science from the State University of New York at Delhi.
