Joaquin Diaz CHST, CSFSM is an accomplished safety professional with extensive experience in construction safety and management. Currently serving as an SCA Safety Inspector at the NYC School Construction Authority since January 2022, Joaquin is responsible for planning inspections, obtaining permits, and managing construction workers and subcontractors. Previous roles include Safety Officer at H&L Contracting, Construction Superintendent at Temperature Systems Inc, and Safety Engineer at AWL Industries, among others. Joaquin has demonstrated a strong ability to collaborate with project management teams, implement safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulations such as OSHA. Education includes an ongoing pursuit of an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Borough of Manhattan Community College.
