Manish Kalantri

Manish Kalantri is an experienced architect with a strong background in evaluating and managing the conditions of various building types in New York City. Currently serving as Architect A at the NYC School Construction Authority since November 2015, Manish focuses on assessing landmark school buildings from the early 1900s, identifying deficiencies related to window and facade replacements as well as roofing. Previously, Manish worked at the New York City Housing Authority from August 2011 to November 2015, assisting the Director with the Local Law 11 Façade Inspections Safety Program for masonry buildings. Earlier experience at DDC from March 2007 to August 2011 involved project management and building assessments, including evaluations for the New York City Asset Information Management System. Manish holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the City College of New York, received between 2000 and 2001.
