Marva Glasgow-Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at the NYC School Construction Authority since February 2001. Currently serving as Manager of Operations, Marva reviews, analyzes, and determines the status of subcontractor approval forms, alongside payment and performance bond assessments. Previously, in the role of Senior Management Specialist, Marva managed subordinates and led departmental functions. As Principal Research Specialist from 2001 to 2005, Marva was responsible for reviewing qualification applications and maintaining a pool of prequalified business entities for contract awards. Marva holds an Associate Degree in Business from New York City Community College and a Certificate in Business from Global Business Institute.
