Rima Mendonza

Rima Mendonza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and management. Currently serving as a Business Analyst/Product Owner at the NYC School Construction Authority since May 2017, Rima has previously held the position of Senior Manager at Vodafone for a brief tenure in 2015. Rima's managerial expertise was further developed during a significant role as Manager at TechMahindra from February 2008 to June 2015, where responsibilities included managing performance management functions and overseeing appraisals and competency frameworks. Rima possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Modern Education Society's College of Engineering, Pune.
