Shauvik Das

Shauvik Das, PE, PMP, CEM currently serves as a Sr. Construction Assessment Specialist/MEP Design Review Engineer at the NYC School Construction Authority, focusing on the review and analysis of MEP design drawings for various capital improvement projects in public schools. Prior to this role, Shauvik was a Project Engineer at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where responsibilities included directing and managing facility renovation and energy conservation projects, as well as preparing scope of work and conducting inspections. Previous experience at New York Power Authority included roles in cost and scheduling engineering, project controls, and code compliance. Shauvik holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New York University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The City College of New York.
