Amy Belsher

Amy Belsher is a Senior Staff Attorney at the New York Civil Liberties Union since February 2019, with prior experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court and as an Associate at Cooley LLP and Chadbourne & Parke LLP. Amy's career includes serving as a Public International Law Fellow at The Center for Justice and Accountability and conducting research as a Graduate Student Researcher at the Human Rights Center, UC Berkeley. Additional experience features a Summer Law Internship at the San Francisco Immigration Court and a Graduate Student Instructor position at UC Berkeley. Amy Belsher holds a Juris Doctor in International Law from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, focused on Global Poverty and Practice from the University of California, Berkeley, along with education at Sciences Po.
