Adam Kuban has a diverse work experience in the fields of social media, food blogging, and editing. Adam worked as a Senior Social Media Director at New York City Tourism + Conventions since 2012, where they helped devise social media strategy and manage paid-social campaigns. Before that, they were the Owner/Operator of Margot's Pizza from 2014 to 2021. Adam also worked as a Pizzamaker at Paulie Gee's from 2013 to 2014.

Prior to their work in the food industry, Kuban worked as the Managing Editor/Social Media Manager at SeriousEats.com from 2006 to 2011, where they helped set the editorial direction, launched social media accounts, and edited and wrote for the site's pizza vertical. Adam also owned Hatchback Media, a web-publishing house that included the food blogs "Slice" and "A Hamburger Today," which they sold to SeriousEats.com in 2006.

Before their foray into digital media, Kuban worked as a Senior Copy Editor at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia from 2000 to 2006, where they eventually became Senior Copy Editor for the magazine.
