Robert Horst

Robert Horst is currently the Chief Information Officer at the New York eHealth Collaborative, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Robert served as the Vice President of Partner Engagement at PointClickCare from May 2010 to March 2024, where responsibilities included designing strategic plans and managing partnerships with key state entities. Additionally, Robert played a pivotal role in transforming Audacious Inquiry into a leading SaaS provider in health information exchange before its acquisition by PointClickCare. Early career experiences include serving as Professional Faculty in Medical Informatics at Johns Hopkins University, Director of Information Technology at Mercy Health Services, and roles at USinternetworking and Ernst & Young. Robert holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School and a BS in Biology from Elon University.
