Chelsea Goding - Doty

Chelsea Goding-Doty has a diverse background in arts administration and management. Chelsea currently serves as the Senior Program Officer for Leadership Initiatives at the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA). Prior to this, Chelsea held various managerial positions at companies such as Kaneza Schaal, GALLIM, SK Movement, Inc., and Harlem Arts Festival. Chelsea also has experience working in education at New York City Center and Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Arts Administration from Butler University.
