Janiah Heard, MBA, possesses a strong background in business administration and human resources management. Janiah completed a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at Mercy University in 2022, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the same institution in 2020.
