Rich Hernandez

Richard Hernandez is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the New York Football Giants since January 2022, following a tenure as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. In addition to this role, Richard has been the Board Chair for Great Oaks Legacy Charter School since 2012. Previously, Richard was a partner at McCarter & English, LLP, specializing in business litigation, antitrust, and sports law from September 2004 to January 2022, and served as an associate focusing on litigation and antitrust at Kaye Scholer LLP from 2001 to 2004. Richard holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government from Dartmouth College.
