Tamara L. Pagan

Tamara L. Pagan has extensive experience in the field of behavioral health and social work, currently serving as a Care Manager in Behavioral Health at Gracie Square Hospital since September 2007 and as an LCSW Per Diem with the Visiting Nurse Service of New York since January 2019. Prior roles include Licensed Social Worker at Elderserve Health from January 2011 to June 2014, Social Worker at Jewish Child Care Association from October 2006 to March 2007, and various positions at YAI from March 1999 to September 2006, including Treatment Coordinator and Community Training Specialist. Tamara holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Adelphi University (2002-2005), a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology, Biology, and Chemistry from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College (1996-1999), and studied Sociology at the State University of New York College at Cortland (1992-1995).
