Francisco D’Souza

Francisco D'Souza is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Recognize since June 2019, D'Souza previously held various leadership roles at Cognizant from January 1995 to March 2020, including Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO. D'Souza began their career as a management associate at Dun & Bradstreet from 1992 to 1994. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Macau. Early education includes attendance at Xavier High School and St. Columbas.
