Francisco Alfonseca is an experienced fitness professional with a strong background in personal training and wellness services. Since January 2014, Francisco has been with FIT PHD, focusing on elite training, massage therapy, nutritional coaching, and body transformations, encapsulated in the philosophy of "Train For Life." Additionally, Francisco has been a personal trainer at NYHRC since January 2004, helping clients achieve realistic fitness goals. Prior experience includes a position in sales and personal training at Bally Total Fitness from August 1996 to December 2003. Francisco earned an Associate's degree in Occupational Studies from the Swedish Institute a College of Health Sciences between 2007 and 2009.
