Soo Young Lee

Soo Young Lee has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Guest Service Representative at New York Hilton Midtown since July 2015. In this role, Soo Young assists guests with their needs and resolves issues in a hotel with 1929 rooms, and responds to inquiries regarding events. Prior to this, Soo Young worked as a Manager at Bush Deli Corp. since April 2002, and held multiple positions at Hilton Hasbrouck Heights from October 2013 to June 2015, including Guest Service Agent and Night Auditor, where the performance in audits received recognition. Additionally, experience includes serving as Floor Manager at Korea Spoon from April 2012 to August 2013, overseeing team activities and managing payroll. Soo Young holds a degree in hospitality management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (2003-2007).
