Andrew Agress

Andrew Agress is an experienced theatre and arts professional with a diverse background in writing, editing, and dramaturgy. Currently serving as the Editor for The Theatre Times since September 2019, Andrew focuses on theatre-related content in the New York area. Additionally, Andrew has been a Staff Writer for The Outerhaven Productions and held roles in visitor services at notable institutions like the New-York Historical Society and Chicago History Museum. Andrew's experience includes a position as a Literary Manager for Columbia University's International Play Reading Festival and internships in literary management and administration at Writers Theatre and Windy City Playhouse. Andrew holds an MFA in Dramaturgy from Columbia University and a BA in Theater Arts and History from Brandeis University, alongside ongoing training at The Second City Training Center.
