Shanice Williams

Shanice Williams currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at the New-York Historical Society, a role held since June 2021, where responsibilities include administering HR policies, managing benefits, leading recruitment efforts, and participating in diversity initiatives. Prior to this, Shanice held a series of HR positions at the Metropolitan Opera, culminating in the role of Senior Human Resources Administrator from December 2017 to June 2021, managing senior-level recruitment, onboarding processes, and employee relations. Experience also includes earlier HR roles focusing on recruitment, training, and administrative functions across various organizations, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Work from Montclair State University.
