Heather Clayton

Heather Clayton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and compliance within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Performance Monitoring and Compliance Engineer at NYISO since July 2021, Heather has previously held roles such as Wind Turbine Instructor at GE Renewable Energy and Engineering Technologist at GSK. Heather's foundational experience includes working as an Engineering Laboratory Technician for the US Navy from 2007 to May 2015. Academically, Heather holds a Master's degree in Business of Energy and a Master of Science in Military Directed Energy Systems from Clarkson University, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing knowledge in energy and technology.
