Susan Jacon

Susan Jacon has extensive experience in the energy sector, having worked at NYISO since December 1999, where roles have included Manager of Energy Market Mitigation, Supervisor of Settlement Operations, and Transmission Services Senior Analyst. Prior to this, Susan was employed at Niagara Mohawk Power Corp NYPP from October 1989 to December 1999, fulfilling positions such as Stenographer Clerk in the Power System Operations Department, Meter Reader, and Customer Service Representative. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management & Economics from SUNY Empire State College and an AAS in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College.
