Paul Barach, B.Med.Sci, MD, MPH, Maj (Ret.), AUA, currently serves as the Public Health Accreditation Board Chair at APHEA and leads efforts on disaster management and community resilience at ASPHER. With extensive experience across various institutions, Barach holds positions such as Chief Medical Officer at the Global Health & Digital Innovation Foundation and Visiting Professor at Imperial College London.
