Paul Barach

Paul Barach, B.Med.Sci, MD, MPH, Maj (Ret.), AUA, currently serves as the Public Health Accreditation Board Chair at APHEA and leads efforts on disaster management and community resilience at ASPHER. With extensive experience across various institutions, Barach holds positions such as Chief Medical Officer at the Global Health & Digital Innovation Foundation and Visiting Professor at Imperial College London. Barach is involved in multiple research initiatives, including co-investigating HRSA grants focused on maternal and child health measurement. An accomplished educator, Barach is also an Honorary Professor at the University of Birmingham and co-directs a course on Design Thinking and Innovation in Healthcare at New York Institute of Technology. Additional contributions include editing a special series on higher education for MDPI and serving in research and innovation roles with Scandinavian Quality Care AB.
