Courtney Anderson

Courtney Anderson begins her first year as Vice President, of Human Resources and Administration. Anderson joins the club with broad experience in human resources as well as labor, employment and employee benefits law that she looks to leverage on behalf of the organization.

In her current role, she is responsible for all aspects of human resources across the organization, in addition to working closely with the stadium on HR-related matters. She also serves as the Jet's liaison with the NFL on the execution of all League-wide employee initiatives.

Anderson is joining the Jets after spending 10 years with the BMW Group, most recently serving as vice president, human resources Americas region at BMW Group, responsible for driving strategic HR activities in support of BMW Group's operations in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Latin America. Anderson previously served as the head of human resources for BMW of North America, LLC and BMW Financial Services NA, LLC, handling all operational HR activities for the national sales company, financial services company and related entities.
