Michael Lebet

Director, Facility Operations at New York Jets

Michael Lebet is currently the Director of Facility Operations for the New York Jets. Prior to their current role, Lebet was a Project Manager for L'Oreal Cosmetics, where they were responsible for designing, engineering, and supervising the installation of packaging lines for cosmetic products such as mascara, lipstick, and nail enamel. Michael was also responsible for line efficiency improvements, zero defect camera identification systems, and quality control systems. From 2004 to 2008, Lebet served as the Facilities Manager for Cadbury plc., during which time they were the owner's representative on site throughout 16 months of construction and coordinated the movement of pilot plant, laboratories, and research scientists from two sites. Michael also launched the facility and managed the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of a 150,000 square foot candy and gum research center in Whippany, NJ. Prior to their role at Cadbury, Lebet served as Plant Engineering Manager for Best Foods from 1991 to 2001.

Michael Lebet has a B.S. in Packaging Engineering from Rutgers University and an M.S. in Engineering Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
