Umar Khan

Umar Khan is a skilled professional in the sports and entertainment industry, currently serving as the Fan Development & Group Sales Coordinator for New York Sirens since January 2025. Concurrently, Umar is gaining experience as a Game Day Operations Intern with the New York Jets and working in event marketing for New York Red Bulls. Previous roles include a Junior Rangers Lead Program Instructor at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. and a Sales Specialist at Apple. Umar has also contributed to the National Hockey League as an intern focused on social impact, growth initiatives, and legislative affairs, and has a strong foundation in community engagement from tenure as a Hockey Program Ambassador at Ice Hockey In Harlem. Additionally, experiences include a partnership marketing internship at SidelineSwap. Umar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Baruch College.
