Allyson Doyle is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and program coordination, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at NY Kids Club & NY Preschool since April 2021. In this role, Allyson manages the full cycle recruiting process, monitors hiring metrics, and organizes hiring events. Previous experience includes serving as a Program Coordinator at Incarnation Camp, where Allyson hired and trained a diverse staff and managed camper activities, as well as roles at Fernwood Cove and Disney Cruise Line focused on youth engagement and safety. Allyson's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Musical Theatre from Keene State College, complemented by multiple student teaching experiences in elementary schools.
