Paul Repetto

Paul Repetto is an accomplished facilities and building operations professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in the real estate and management sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Facilities & Building Operations and Chief of Building Operations & Security at New York Law School since October 2013, Paul is responsible for the maintenance and operations of a mixed-use space of approximately 300,000 square feet. Prior experience includes founding and serving as President of Ambient Mechanical Corp. and acting as General Manager for Guardian Service Industries, where oversight included operations for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Additional roles consist of property management positions at Macklowe Management, 250 Broadway Associates, Grubb and Ellis Management Services, Cushman & Wakefield, and CBRE. Paul began their career in 1978 as an Engineer Helper and has advanced through various positions, acquiring a master's degree and refrigeration certification, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional development in the field.
