Aaron C. Ball

Aaron Ball is Senior Vice President and Head of Insurance Solutions, Service, and Marketing at New York Life. Under Aaron’s leadership, the team brings together the company’s protection-based product solutions, including Life Insurance, Long-Term Care (LTC) Solutions, Business Solutions, and Individual Disability Insurance, with Marketing and Service. Aaron was appointed to New York Life's Executive Management Committee in September 2020. He joined New York Life as the LTC Business Leader in February 2015.

Prior to joining New York Life, Aaron served as Senior Vice President with Genworth Financial from 2003 to 2015, where he led the company’s LTC in-force business and new product development efforts and provided legal and regulatory expertise as General Counsel for several of the company’s insurance businesses. From 2000 to 2003, he served as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of AmSouth Investment Services. Before joining AmSouth, Aaron was Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of M&T Brokerage.

Aaron earned a B.A. from Loyola College in Maryland and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Aaron is a graduate of the Executive Leadership program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. In addition, Aaron serves as a member of the Board for LTC Reinsurance PCC.
