Alessandra Larkin

Alessandra Larkin currently serves as Corporate Vice President of HR - AI & Tech at New York Life Insurance Company since June 2025. Prior to this role, Alessandra held the position of Director of People & Culture - Tech at Warner Bros. Discovery from January 2022 to June 2025, where strategic collaboration with leadership on organizational design and data-driven HR solutions was key. Alessandra's experience at Amazon Global Robotics included promotions from Senior Human Resources Business Partner to Senior HRBP from January 2020 to December 2022. Earlier, Alessandra managed HR functions as HR Manager at Citrin Cooperman and held various positions at The College Board, eventually becoming Director of HR, where significant improvements in internship enrollment and diversity were achieved. Alessandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, and Marketing from Fordham University and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Human Resources from Quinnipiac University.
