Alexander Cook is the current Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Capabilities at New York Life Insurance. Alexander has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry.

Cook began their career at JPMorgan in August 2000 as the CFO for Banking. Alexander then moved to Morgan Stanley Investment Management in April 2007 as the Executive Director of Strategy. Alexander held this position until October 2010 when they joined New York Life Insurance.

At New York Life, Cook is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategy. Alexander has helped the company grow and succeed by creating new initiatives and leading strategic projects. Alexander is an expert in the financial industry and has a proven track record of success.

Alexander Cook earned their BS in Economics and Decision Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University. Alexander then went on to earn their MBA in Strategy and Operations Research from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business.
