Jean Reese

Jean Reese is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning, talent development, and quality assurance across prominent companies in the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Director of Learning, Talent Development & Quality at New York Life Insurance Company since May 2022, Jean previously held the position of Director of Training, Life and Disability Operations at Lincoln Financial Group from March 2014 to May 2022. In this role, responsibilities included managing a team of trainers and leading significant projects such as Knowledge Management initiatives to streamline processes for over 500 employees. Jean's expertise also encompasses building quality assurance teams, enhancing training programs, and implementing strategies that have notably improved operational efficiency and trainee proficiency.
